At Kheti Mantra, we are committed to providing completely free, high-quality agricultural education and services to farmers across Nepal. This Refund Policy outlines our approach regarding payments and refunds (if applicable).

📌 1. No Paid Content or Purchases

Kheti Mantra is a completely free app.

  • ✅ All farming-related video and text courses are 100% free for a lifetime

  • ✅ We do not charge for expert guidance, problem-solving, soil/water testing, or agro-support services

  • ✅ No subscription or in-app purchases are required to access any of our features

Since there are no charges involved, there are no payments to refund.

🛑 2. No Refund Applicable

As of the effective date of this policy:

  • We do not sell any physical or digital goods through the Kheti Mantra app

  • We do not offer paid premium features or paid content of any kind

  • Therefore, there are no transactions made by users that qualify for refund claims

If in the future we introduce optional, value-added services (e.g., delivery of physical reports or additional tools), this Refund Policy will be updated with clear refund rules.

If you are redirected to or use any third-party services (e.g., labs, insurance agents, agro-vets), Kheti Mantra does not handle any payments or refunds related to those services.
 We only facilitate requests through the app. Any payment made outside our platform must follow the refund policy of that specific third-party provider.

While we do not charge our users, we still ensure the highest level of trust and protection by:

  • Keeping your data safe, private, and encrypted

  • Allowing you to delete your account and all data at any time

  • Following Google Play Store and Apple App Store developer policies

  • Never using your data for commercial advertising or unauthorized access
